Flexible approaches offered in compassionate and confidential space to process trauma and work toward healing
Our charity provides evaluative needs one-to-one therapy for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual violence, offering a compassionate and confidential space to process trauma and work toward healing. Our therapists draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred, integrative and creative therapies, ensuring that support is tailored to each individualโs unique experiences and needs.
This is a long-term therapy service, with regular reviews to assess progress, set goals, and adapt the support as needed โ we evaluate progress and ensure that therapy continues to be effective. We understand that healing is a deeply personal journey, and our structured yet flexible approach allows clients to work at their own pace.
Our team is made up of a dedicated mix of therapists at different stages of training and qualification, ranging from Level 4 to Level 7. This includes both paid staff and volunteers, all of whom are committed to providing compassionate, professional, and person-centred support.
Our therapy is provided face-to-face, with space at our Mansfield office and our outreach site in Worksop, and we also offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp Video call to ensure our locations arenโt a barrier to accessing our services.
