Step Up to Help S.H.E. UK: Help us raise £10,000 in 10 days

We want you to give big this year and are launching a campaign to help us raise £10,000 in 10 days – £5000 in public donations and £5000 in matched corporate donations.

As a small charity we rely on grant funds, individual giving and corporate donations. Simply put, we are up against it funding wise and we need you to help us reach our target to keep offering the lifechanging services we do to some many people in our community!

💛 So we are launching the ‘10 in 10’ campaign (from 12 to 21 October) to help us keep our vital services running.

  • We will be running a bake sale on 20th   October at St Peter’s Church Centre in Mansfield Town Centre we are looking for a local business to match fund that fundraising effort to double the impact of every pound from the public.

  • We will be having a pub quiz on 15Th October hosted at a great pub in Mansfield Woodhouse too, which is a fun way of spending an evening and raise vital funds at the same time. So, if you are a local Nottinghamshire based business and would like to match fund that fundraiser, please get in touch or to come along and get your ticket– drop us a note: info@she-uk.org.uk
  • We will be seeking individual donations from people in our community and have an overall target of £5000. We are looking for a local business to match fund this fundraising effort as well.

  • We are looking to tap into CSR programs in Nottinghamshire, so are looking to talk to as many members of the local business community as we can.

  • And we will also be shaking the virtual bucket! We’ve set up a donations page  https://localgiving.org/10in10 to help us reach our target of £10000 – however much you can contribute, great or small, would be amazing as we strive to hit our overall fundraising target.

So if you would like to give to our cause, then please do so here:💛 https://localgiving.org/10in10

💛 The work we do at S.H.E. UK transforms lives.

  • The survivors who access 1:1 therapy are given the time and space to make real headway on their healing journey, instead of feeling unsupported and constantly in crisis.
  • The survivors who access our telephone support services describe it as a “lifeline”, offering coping strategies and emotional support when they are struggling with everyday life.
  • The survivors who take part in our self-development courses are empowered to take back control of their lives and become part of our community instead of feeling isolated and alone.

💛 We work from the heart, showing up for our service users each and every day. Help us continue on this mission.

If you would like to be involved, please get in touch with info@she-uk.org.uk or drop us a DM on social media.
