Reena is a strategic change consultant with a passion for empowering individuals and organisations to navigate complex challenges.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant at PwC she has spent over twenty years implementing change for large corporates such as Barclays Wealth, Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank. She recognises the value in giving back to the community and has served on the board of several charities where she has utilised her experience of project management, strategic change and bid management for the benefit of others.

In recent years Reena transitioned into the charity sector to have a more profound impact and moved to an organisation called Pilotlight where she worked as a project manager using her skills to transform small charities including S.H.E. UK. Reena was so impressed by the organisation that she was compelled to apply for the role of Chair when it became available and was honoured to join the board in 2024.

In her spare time, she enjoys ballroom dancing, cooking and playing tennis.
